Choose your villa

On the presentation page for each villa there is a section dedicated to availability and prices in Euro for each week. We can also provide this information via email or phone.
The prices refer to the cost of each villa per week. For properties that also accept short breaks (periods of less than a week) both price per day and the minimum number of nights are indicated. Services included are variable and specified for each villa on their presentation page, in the “services” section.
On the presentation page for each villa in the “area” section, there is a Google map with the precise location of the property.
Requests can be sent directly from our website using the form on the Contact us page or the “Send request” form on the presentation page for each villa. Requests can also be made via email or telephone.
Arrival dates are not always fixed and are stated on the presentation page for each villa in the section “services – policies”. When arrival dates are fixed these are usually for weeks beginning on a Saturday.
Some villas accept bookings beginning on a day other than that stated on the presentation page, especially when not in high season or for last minute bookings. Please contact our team for any such request.
The number of beds is indicated on the presentation page for each villa. The number is pre-established with the owners of the property and cannot be exceeded. We cannot accept any increase in the number of beds unless expressly agreed in writing. Some villas, on request, provide extra beds (usually at extra cost). In villas where these are provided they are added to the number of beds allowed and not considered extra. For any questions please contact our team.
The number of beds indicated does not include one for a single child under the age of three. Most villas provide cots on request either included in the price or on payment of a supplement. For such information please contact our team.
Periods for swimming pool use are variable. In some villas they can be used throughout the year, in others only in the summer. The precise dates are indicated on the presentation page for each villa in the “description – accommodation” section. Swimming pools are usually not heated but some villas offer this service on request (on payment of a supplement).
Pets are not usually allowed unless otherwise indicated on the presentation page for each villa in the section “services – policies”. Where admitted (usually on payment of a supplement), it must be requested at the moment of making an enquiry or a booking.
The CIR is an identification code that the Region has assigned to the property and that we, as an agency, must indicate on our website.

Questions about the villa

Families with children are welcome in all our villas. Please just make sure that children are not left alone, especially near swimming pools, balconies, terraces, etc. For any specific requests or requirements please do not hesitate to contact our team.
Most of our villas are, unfortunately, not suitable for people with disabilities, unless otherwise stated on the presentation page for each property in the “services – policies” section. If any member of your party is a wheelchair user or has specific needs, please let us know and we can help you find the best solution.
The staff of each villa deals discreetly with the maintenance of the exterior, the swimming pools and the gardens and usually has free access to the villa. The gardens need continual care and it is often not enough to carry out maintenance only on changeover days. Swimming pools also require regular attention. We are grateful for your understanding in this, as the correct upkeep of our properties is vital not only for yourselves but for future guests.
Most villas do not have a maid unless otherwise stated on the presentation page for each property.
Parking is explained for each individual villa on the presentation page in the section “services”. Country villas usually have ample parking facilities but not all seaside or town villas have private parking.
Most of our villas are a long way from urban centres and therefore we would advise car hire for the length of your stay. If you do not want to hire a car, contact our team and we will suggest a villa where everything is in walking distance or that is well served by public transport.
Most villas allow smoking indoors unless otherwise stated on the presentation page for each property in the section “services – policies”. Please note that the villas that do allow smoking generally only do so in communal areas such as the kitchen and the living room but not in the bedrooms.
On arrival you will find some essentials such as bottled water, toilet rolls, rubbish bags, washing up liquid and various cleaning detergents. You should provide any other provisions necessary for your stay. Some villas also offer a “welcome basket” included in the price and indicated on the presentation page for each property in the section “services”.
All kitchens are well equipped with sufficient crockery and cutlery for the maximum number of guests.
Most of our villas provide cots or camp beds and high chairs if required. Please ask at the moment of booking.
Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen is always provided and included in the price. On arrival you will find sheets, pillow cases, blankets, duvets and bath towels. Linen changes vary from villa to villa. If you require extra linen changes during your stay you can request this on site (usually on payment of a supplement). Swimming pool towels are not usually provided unless otherwise indicated on the presentation page for each property.
Most of our villas do not have telephones unless otherwise indicated on the presentation page for each property in the section “description – features”. Some villas are in the country or in isolated places and might have little or no mobile phone signal. If it is important for you to use your mobile phone during your stay, contact us to find out about mobile networks for the villa of your choice.
Most of our villas have internet access. Connection can be via Wi-Fi, cable or USB and is either included in the price or on payment of a supplement. For further information please contact our team.
Villas with satellite TV offer at least one channel in English, one in French and one in German. Pay-per-view channels are not provided.

Costs and extra services

Prices always include: Exclusive use of the property for the period of booking, bed and bathroom linen, cooking utensils, water and kitchen gas consumption, garden and swimming pool maintenance (where applicable), as well as all services indicated on the presentation page for each property in the section “included services”. Final cleaning, electricity consumption, heating, air-conditioning, cots, high chairs, extra beds and internet may be included or not included in the price.
Prices never include: tourist taxes (where applicable), security deposits against damage, paid on arrival, and all specially requested services indicated on the presentation page for each property in the section “services – other optional” such as transfers, chef, maid, etc., and all “not included services” indicated on the presentation page for each property such as the use of the swimming pool off season, heated swimming pool etc. Final cleaning, electricity consumption, heating, air-conditioning, cots, high chairs, extra beds and internet may be included or not included in the price.
The security deposit specified on the presentation page of the villa, in the section “services – policies”, is a sum that is paid in cash to the owner or person in charge on arrival and that is returned on departure after any deduction due to damage or for extra costs for services used (indicated on the presentation page for each property in the “services” section). If the security deposit is required to be paid by credit card, the sum will be blocked (pre-authorization) for the entire duration of your holiday and then released within 48 hours after your departure if no damage has been caused.
On departure, if you have made use of extra services or have caused any damage to the property, you shall be liable for any relative costs. Moreover, whether final cleaning is included in the price or not, please note that all villas must be left clean and in good order. Failure to do so could incur extra cleaning costs.
The presentation page for each property in the “services” section includes a list of all available extra services that can be booked with our team; maid, chef, transfer, etc. It is preferable to book these services well in advance, since we cannot guarantee satisfying all last minute requests. Services are paid for on arrival to the owner or person in charge in cash and in Euros. Costs vary from villa to villa. For further information please contact our team.
Heating, air-conditioning and electricity, where relevant, can be included in the price or can be an extra to be paid at the villa. Firewood is generally an extra and bought according to consumption. This information can be found on the presentation page for each villa, in the “services” section. Some villas include electricity consumption up to a certain limit of kilowatts. Generally the limit is sufficient to cover normal use but not excessive use (for example using air-conditioning with the windows open, leaving the air-conditioning on all day while you are out etc.). On departure the electricity metre is read to calculate the consumption of electricity and any excess entails supplementary payment. In any case we ask you not to waste electricity and to not turn on too many electrical appliances at the same time to avoid an overload.
Where relevant this is indicated on the presentation page for each property in the “services” section. Otherwise you can request a cleaning service when booking or before arrival at the villa. For information on service costs please contact our team.
Some villas offer a “welcome basket” included in the price, in which case this is indicated on the presentation page for each property in the “services” section. The content of the basket is variable and generally includes a selection of products for breakfast or other local produce.

During your stay

Problems can just happen. If one happens to you please contact us immediately to let us know. Ants, mosquitoes and other insects, particularly in the summer months and in the country can be quite annoying. Ant repellents work well but be careful not to leave crumbs around and to keep surfaces clean. Mosquito repellents can be easily bought both at the pharmacy and in supermarkets. If you have problems with insects during your stay please contact us and we can intervene or at least find the best solution so you can continue to enjoy your holiday.
If something breaks or gets broken during your stay please let the owner know as soon as possible so it can be repaired or replaced quickly, whether for you or for future guests. In the case of major breakages caused by a member of your party the owner can evaluate the costs and deduct it from your deposit.
Please leave the villa in the same condition as that in which you found it. If you fail to do so you could be liable to cover extra cleaning costs.
