1 / Find your ideal property

Use the search engine to find the perfect property for your next holiday in Italy. If you have any specific requirements or if you need individual advice fill in our request form online or phone us directly on +49 30 280 45 469. Our team is always ready to help!

2 / Check availability and price

On the description page for every property, click on “availability” and “prices” to see all the updates on availability and the price list according to season.

3 / Book

To book just click on the green button (top right on the property description page), fill in and send the form. You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt via email. Subsequently you shall receive a second email with definitive booking confirmation .

Booking confirmation

Once we have received your booking request, our team will check the availability of the chosen property and will proceed with booking confirmation that you will receive via email with details of your booking and terms and methods of payment.

Deposit and balance

Payment terms and requirements are all explained on the booking confirmation. Deposit payment is required within 5 days of our confirmation. If no deposit is received, the booking shall be cancelled.

If the booking is made only a few days before arrival, full payment is required.

We accept payment both by bank transfer and credit card.

Voucher

Once we have received the balance we shall send you a voucher with all the necessary information showing how to get to the property and the phone number of the person who will meet you on arrival.
