Protection of personal data

Your personal data are requested several times when you use our services (especially when you make an enquiry or a booking or if you sign up to our newsletter).

Pure Italy takes the greatest care in using and protecting your personal data, in compliance with the new UE Regulation 2016/679.

Bookings

In order to manage your booking we require your personal data and that of the members of your party. This information is used exclusively for your booking, for administrative purposes and for our company’s own internal business analysis.

Considering that some of the information provided could regard third parties, please make sure you have the consent from all members of your group.

To organise your check-in and in order to be able to contact you before and during your stay we need a telephone number. We will for no reason contact you by phone once your stay is over.

After your holiday we will ask you, via email, for feedback, to know if you enjoyed your time in Italy. In order to disturb you as little as possible we will send the email once only and you are free to decide whether to reply or not.

Unsubscribing from our newsletter

If you have subscribed to our newsletter you can, at any time, unsubscribe. Simply send an email to info@pureitaly.com, or, if you prefer, cancel directly on the appropriate page on our website.

Cookies

Cookies are small data files that are memorised, on the computer or on the user’s mobile device, for the purpose of collecting and storing data generated on internet activity. In this way it is possible to improve and personalise your experience on our website as well as to offer our services.

Pure Italy uses information gathered in order to evaluate and calculate statistics regarding anonymous data and to improve its website. Any such information shall not be used for any other purpose.

All Pure Italy’s cookies are visible on the browser and can be eliminated at any time.

You can remove your agreement for Pure Italy to use cookies at any time by configuring your browser as follows.

With Firefox for Mac, select Preferences, Privacy and then Show Cookies.
