Villa del Mito is a beautiful villa with private swimming pool situated in a splendid sea front position, on the hedge of the Plemmirio marine protected area, near Syracuse. Located just a few steps from the sea and rocks below, this exclusive property is surrounded by a well-tended garden with lawn, by spacious terraces and a veranda equipped with outdoor kitchen and dining area (kitchenette, oven, fridge and bbq). Consisting of two housing units, Villa del Mito features cosy interiors furnished with both taste and comfort in mind, equipped with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine and dishwasher. The main house includes a large living room, a small kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The close annexe houses a living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. Villa del Mito is an excellent base to reach easily Syracuse’s historic centre and the lovely sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche. A short drive away are also the charming baroque towns of Noto, Modica and Scicli, the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Mount Etna and Taormina.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa del Mito in 8 persone e tutto il gruppo e’ stato pienamente soddisfatto. La casa ha bellissimi e curati spazi interni incorniciati da un panorama mozzafiato. Gli spazi esterni del patio, giardino e piscina sono incantevoli. Voto eccellente.

ganz großes Kino, blauer Himmel und Sonne pur, Vollmond, Sturm, Gewitter, es war alles dabei. Es fand sich immer ein schönes Plätzchen um es sich gut gehn zu lassen und den herrlichen Blick aufs Meer zu geniessen. Mit leichter Hand und Magie hat Signora all unsere technischen Probleme gelöst
