Good afternoon. Thank you very much for this vacation and beautiful villa. Definitely a score of 10!!!

Villa Rita is a beautiful property. It is exactly as it appears on the photos. It was very clean and bright. It is a modern villa and is very nicely furnished and had a very high standard of finish. It has one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a family bathroom. The living room is very large and it has sofa beds. The kitchen was large and it was very well equipped. One of our party loves cooking so he was very happy in the kitchen. The villa had an outside table off the kitchen and we used it every day. The swimming pool was very clean and big enough to swim laps. It was cleaned twice weekly. The garden was maintained weekly. The pool had 6 loungers and 6 chairs which were well maintained. The garden was lovely both at the front and back of the villa and it had lemon and lime trees. It was very private and was surrounded by a high hedge. The villa has automatic gates at the entrance and a nice driveway and plenty of parking at the side. It is lovely to look at and makes a great impression when you first arrive. We arrived at midnight due to flight delays and Magda who had been in contact with us prior to our arrival very kindly waited for us to greet us and give us all the information we needed. Magda was also so helpful over our two weeks and answered all our questions and gave us some useful tips. The owner also promptly arranged a locksmith when we had waited for us to greet us and give us all the information we needed. We appreciated Magda and the owner Francesco's help. The villa is located a short walk from the sea. We did not really use the beaches here because we spent a lot of time exploring the west side of Sicily. But lido de Pakeka at the end of our road had a nice outdoor area overlooking the sea and we had lovely pizzas there. They were reasonably priced. They had a good seafood menu too. There was nothing to dislike.

La Villa e bellissima. Magari poteva essere meglio la pulizia in cucina e la parte fuori. Straie non molto nuove. Doccia fuori molto vecchia e stata pero cambiata a richiesta. Normalmente non dovrebbe essere il cliente a chiederlo. Manchavano anche le tovaglie in cucina per asciugare. Pero la struttura tutto in somma e bellissima! Anche proprietario Francesco molto gentile. Grazie mille

Per tutta la settimana ci siamo detti che abbiamo avuto fortuna a trovare una casa come la Sua ancora libera e con così poco preavviso! Noi tutti abbiamo adorato la casa, i bambini ne sono entusiasti (“mamma, perché non la compriamo per farci sempre le vacanze?”) e ci ha permesso di passare una settimana di relax e privacy assoluta. Letti comodissimi e cucina accessoriata, pulizia.
